The following is the procedure for Filipino job seekers to contact the company.
1. We receive job enquiries from Filipinos in Japan by phone or email.
2. We will ask them if they have an official work visa and currently living. If the conditions are suitable, we will meet them near the nearest train station to show them the company and explain the job.
3. If the conditions are suitable between the job seeker and the employer, we will go on a workplace inspection and show the candidate the nearest transport links and how to get there from home.
4. If there are no problems with the commuting method, working environment and conditions, we will arrange an interview and employment contract. The employee will be asked to open a bank account to transfer their salary.
5. We will confirm the size of the uniform (work clothes, hat, safety shoes, mask, Etc.) before the day before work.
6. Payment will be made at the end of each month and paid in Japanese yen by bank transfer on the 20th of the following month.
After this procedure, we would like the employee to work for at least three months. In Japan, we believe there is no problem if a person works for three months.
We aim to create an environment where employees can continue to work for three months, six months, one year, three years, five years and more.
Our Filipino employees live in Japan. They raise their children, and their children go to school in Japan. They also build their own houses with the same mortgage rules as the Japanese.
