Let me explain the incentive table ABC using the example of X man.
Let's say he is " influenced " by your blog or YouTube, and he contacts us. At this point, there is no incentive.
Our business model is based on the provision of services to our clients.
See our blog, 03. January 2022, "procedure", no. 4.
You will find "interview" and "labour contract".
The point is that Mr Xman "interview" is based on a "labour contract".
Of course, Mr Xman is a job seeker looking for a job. So he has already made a rough enquiry by phone or email in "procedure" no.1.
Now, your "contribution" starts with this "interview", where you have already made it known to Mr X that he will be working in a car parts manufacturing plant in Aichi Prefecture. All we can do is confirm in writing that Mr X and our company have reached an agreement as a "labour contract" at the interview.
We will pay you 500 yen if one (Mr X) goes through the interview.
1,000 yen if one person (Mr X) advances to the contract stage
3,000 yen if Mr X continues to work diligently for three months
Also, on the 100th day, 5,000 yen
After ten months, 10,000 yen will be paid as an incentive.
Up to the other nine employees should be calculated in table A.
When the tenth X man reaches the "Over 100 working days" stage, all ten employees, including the nine in table A, will be promoted to table B.
However, no incentives will be given after the "ten months result", regardless of how many years Mr X continues to work. In our opinion, this is a violation of public order and morality in the human resources industry.
Instead, you will be offered an alternative incentive by moving to Table B or Table C.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Note: This series of blogs is an incentive table ABC for our Filipino friends who were forced to return to their home country due to COVID-19 and unable to return to Japan.
This is only for Filipinos living in the Philippines, and this incentive does not apply to those living in Japan.
