How to use Incentive tables ABC

For those influencers who are not yet ready to take the first step towards using table A, we offer some excellent examples.

There are times when you want to prepare a group of people to be interviewed individually. Well, if you don't have 4 or 5 people, to begin with, you won't be able to take the first step. This transition to Table B is in the offing. 

There is a misconception that you have to get nine people before the "over 100 working days" deadline and that you have to bring in a 10th person to achieve this.

The transition from table A to table B and from table B to table C is based on the number of people enrolled. 

It does not count the number of previous employees who left the company without reaching "over 100 working days". 

However, if you have been working for an influencer for more than 100 days, you will still be counted in the total number of employees once you start working for them.

You will give no incentive at the end of the "ten months result", but the number of people who have reached the higher stages will be counted.

We want to create a better working environment for our influencers to stay with us for a long time.
